Wake Me Up When November Ends

Holy shit. I know I say this constantly, but how is it almost December already!? I seriously cannot believe how quickly this year has flown by. I am always a "love the one you're with" kinda gal, and I am currently eating up every last pumpkin flavored bite of the Fall. I love the weather, the traditions, the food, and the excuse to slow life down a bit and get cozy! After a whirlwind summer, I have been loving the opportunity to spend some time in Seattle. I live in such an amazing city, and this season has I have fallen in love with it even more.

Despite the slower pace, I am still the #worstbloggerever and couldn't seem to find an opportunity to write a damn thing. So, here is what has been keeping me busy this season.

Baking

Rainy weather means more time inside... Pumpkin muffins and sugar cookies were some of my fav treats we baked.

Lil Dicky Concert
To nights we won't remember with people we won't forget, right!?

Halloween

We all know I love a good excuse to dress up, and Halloween... The best excuse in the book. Such a fun night with this crew wearing my easiest costume yet! Old hat, clearance Old Navy Dress, an old backpack, and a few logo printouts... Tada! Who you gonna call? Ghost Busters

Sip 'n Paint

Just lemme know if you have any artwork needs, I got you covered with my mad skillzzzz! Seriously, such a fun a unique evening, and only a little stressful. If you haven't gone to one, it is an absolute must!

Tyrone Wells Concert
Insert heart-eye emoji! This was my fourth time seeing him in concert, and every time I swear I swoon a little more! Also, my sis fell in love with the guitar player, and someone totally told him. WHOOPS. But like, how cute are they?

Thanksgiving

OMG you guys, my roommates and I hosted a major holiday for the first time ever! I feel like such a big kid! It was a lot of work, but I totally worth it! We had a little "Friendsgiving" which was the perfect way to spend the day. First thing Thursday morning I grabbed my apron, turned on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and let the cooking begin! I wanted to have a little something to snack on in the morning, so I put out some breakfast burritos along with the cutest little turkey shaped cinnamon rolls which were almost as delicious as they were festive. As everyone began filtering in, it was time to crack open the wine and let the eating commence. I put out some naan, hummus, veggies, charcuterie, and asparagus rolls... Plus we had the most amazing guests ever and they brought lumpia, garlic shrimp and fried ribs. Uhhhh... Finest appetizer spread ever... Besides, aren't the starters kinda the best part anyways? Then the boys started preparing our TWO turkeys, while I finished up the rolls, green beans, potatoes, gravy, and jell-o salad. We also had some awesome Brussels Sprouts and cranberry sauce to complete the meal. Last but certainly not least; dessert! I made peanut butter brownies with a turkey on top which was accompanied by a pumpkin pie, cheese cake bites, and lots of ice cream! An old coworker of mine joined us an brought an amazing pecan pie which was demolished as quickly as it arrived. We continued to graze for the remainder of the night as we put away countless bottles of wine. We had such a blast and it was so special to spend it together. Truly the definition of Eat, Drink, and be Merry!

Happy Last Day of November, Loves! Now.... Bring on the Christmas Cheer!
